Delivery Cost:

Free on orders over £500, £20 delivery charge on orders up to £500

Delivery Service:

1 man standard delivery to kerbside

We DO NOT ship outside of the UK/ROI.

We DO NOT delivery to the Highlands/Grampians, IOM, IOW, Guernsey or Jersey.

How The Items Are Packaged:

All cabinets will arrive Flat-Packed.
Cabinets and doors are packaged in polystyrene protection and factory sealed cardboard boxes. All flat slab doors come with a protective film to avoid scratching during fitting.

Notice:

You will receive text message updates to the number provided at checkout regarding the delivery date/time. 

Damages / Missing Items:

If you notice an item on your order is damaged whilst taking the delivery, please still take it in and follow the steps below. Advise driver to note it as damaged, driver is not to take the damaged parcel back. 

Damages/ items missing must be reported within 4 working days of receiving the goods by email to sales@jandadoors.co.uk

Please include your order reference number, the reason for replacements as well as corresponding images.

Transit damage claims will only be honoured if the delivery note has been clearly signed as DAMAGED/MISSING, ask the driver to note this. Signing unchecked is not acceptable by the carrier.

Once the claim has been accepted, a replacement will be processed within 1 working day. Delivery lead times will remain as above. 

Please double check the number of parcels being signed for matches the number of parcels received. Advise the driver of any missing parcels on delivery and then contact us. Please allow up to 3 working days to locate and re-deliver the missing parcels. If they are not found, replacements will be sent. 

Returns:

You are able to return your order up to 7 working days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

This only applies to orders that have not been adapted (Made to measure, drilled for hinges or painted to order).

You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping back.

Initial delivery charges of your order will not be refunded.

A 30% restocking fee will apply to items returned.
