Do you ship to other countries?

No, We only ship within the UK. Please contact us for delivery charges outside of the UK Mainland area.

Why are some of your products non returnable?

As each order is bespoke to your specification we cannot have these items returned. Please note that any parcels that you received must be signed for as received in good condition. If the item is received as damaged please contact us via email (sales@jandadoors.co.uk) within 4 working days after delivery with a photo of the damaged goods and a replacement will be sent out to you asap.

Am I able to purchase a sample before I buy?

Yes you can. Navigate to your chosen kitchen doors and select sample door in the door size dropdown.
