Refund policy
All products that are not made to order (not including worktops, upstands and splashbacks) can be returned for a refund minus any shipping and packaging costs. But must be returned within 7 days after the delivery date. All goods should be returned as received with all packaging in tact, not been fitted and any paper works included.
Any products that have been made to order are non-returnable. This included hinge hole drillings.
Worktops, upstands and splashbacks are non-returnable.
Please contact us before returning any items.
Once we have received the returned goods. We will inspect the goods and refund accordingly. Note: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, a restocking fee may apply to selected stock items and the initial purchase shipping charges will not be refunded.
Replacement Items: Items that are replaced due to damage, manufacturing faults, or any other reason, will be subject to normal delivery lead times as stated on the original Order Acceptance.
Faulty Goods: If the Purchaser finds fault or manufacturing defect with the items ordered, those items will be replaced or repaired (depending on the Seller’s decision) without charge. However, all ordered items are subject to availability; in the event that an item has been discontinued, a substitute will be offered.
Damaged Goods: All damages should be reported to us by email within 10 working days of delivery from us. Any damages reported after this period cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of the delivery from us to the Order Acknowledgment Address, you are responsible for inspecting the Products and reporting to us within 10 working days any transit damage, manufacturing defect or fault, shortage or error before the Products are used or fitted.
**IF THERE ARE CLEAR VISIBLE DAMAGES TO YOUR PARCEL. PLEASE SIGN THE PARCELS AS "DAMAGED GOODS" AND NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AS ANY ITEM YOU SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED MAKES THE PROCESS OF A REFUND EASIER**
All claims must quote the original sales order number, detail reasons for the product rejection, include digital photographic evidence of the damage where possible and state if a replacement item is required. Items that have been drilled, altered, have scratches, dents or corner damage due to lack of care will not be accepted. The Seller will only replace like for like products and shall in no way be responsible for any additional consequential costs or losses.
