• Wipe panel surface with Acetone (Morrells code X001B);
• Apply 1 coat Dead Matt 2K Acid Catalyst Adhesion Promoter (Morrells code 696/W07B)
catalysed 9:1 by volume with catalyst (Morrells code 5CAT/100A);
• Air-dry at ambient temperature (18-20C) for a minimum of 90 minutes (forced drying
can reduce these times significantly);
• Denib with 320 grit denibbing abrasive paper;
• Apply 1 coat Fastmatch 2K Pigmented AC Topcoat (all codes commencing 5/ or 5A/)
available in any colour including RAL, BS, NCS etc. and in sheens ranging from 90%
Gloss to 10% Matt.
